Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting or utilizing the services of dev4ustudio, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. Please review these parameters carefully. If you do not agree with any of these guidelines, you must cease use of our digital platforms and consulting services immediately.
2. Scope of Services
dev4ustudio provides bespoke digital agency services, including but not limited to brand strategy, website design, React/Next.js frontend development, CMS setups, SEO performance tuning, and technical maintenance. Each project engagement is defined by a separate, signed Project Statement of Work (SOW) which details final deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
3. Project Proposals & Payments
Project estimates and budget options presented on this site or in private strategies are valid for 30 calendar days from presentation. Payments are structured as specified in the SOW (typically requiring an upfront retainer before initiation, with milestone installments thereafter). Invoices not paid within specified grace periods may result in project pausing or system suspension.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract, dev4ustudio retains ownership of its foundational code assets, custom design elements, and pre-existing libraries. Upon full and final payment of the project balances, full operational design and custom-coded assets are transferred to the client for their unlimited, global use.
5. Limitation of Liability
dev4ustudio strives to build robust, search-optimized, error-free applications. However, we cannot guarantee constant, uninterrupted operation or specific traffic/revenue outcomes. Under no circumstances will dev4ustudio be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from client operations or digital assets.
